Over 5 years ago, I lost use of my left arm, to the point that I couldn’t drive a car, I couldn’t open a door and I couldn’t lift a glass without excruciating, mind-blowing pain. At one point, I remember being curled up in the fetal position on my couch for 3 weeks, not being able to move; and barely being able to do much more than try and breathe. It was this experience that lead me to explore many various methods of healing to try and understand what pain is and how to not feel so broken.... How to “Hold Space” and become more resilient, if you like. This is the reason why I do what I do. To help other people feel less broken. So my objective is to help you build a better, stronger, adaptable and resilient body/mind/spirit, through awareness, education, movement, thoughts, actions and emotions. I believe in your body’s ability to heal and adapt, even you don’t. Let’s get you one more step in the right direction; no matter where your starting point is.
